1st Afternoon Jog

I decided to jog today instead of resting as I have nothing to do today, and to build up my stamina, as I have not run any mid to long distance lately.

Today Jogging Distance: 5.8 km
Timing: 34 min 15.08 s
Speed: 10.1 km/h
Total Jogging Dist (Weekly): 12 km

Today Jog: Today is the first time that i decided to jog in the afternoon. An afternoon jog is really more tiring than a night or morning job. I only managed to run the KPE route that i use on my 1st post 1x.

Daily min distance

I have not been jogging for the past 2 weeks due to a combination of the 7th hungry ghost month and injury. Luckily it is just a minor injury and I am able to carry on my jogging. I have also decided to clock a minimum of at least 2km daily.

Argh.. I miss the nike run registration as i thought that there will be no Nike run in Singapore this year. Last year Nike run is the 1st race that I have participated and I was hoping to join this year run too. :(
